The Information and Education Department of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church reported that on 21 August 2026 Metropolitan Feodor of Mukachevo and Uzhhorod performed a monastic tonsure at the All Saints' monastery in Mukachevo. The department cited the page of the ruling bishop of the Mukachevo eparchy.
The house is the Krasnogorskiy All Saints' Monastery in Zakarpattya; the report calls it the Chervonohirskyi monastery of Mukachevo.
According to the department, the tonsure was received by the monastery's novice Vadym Serkhovets, who was given the name Yevfymii in honour of St Euthymius the Great.
The same report says that after the rite Metropolitan Feodor addressed the monastery's superior, the vicar of the Mukachevo eparchy Bishop Ilarii of Svaliava, and the brethren, and congratulated them on the addition to the monastic family. He wished the newly tonsured monk firm faith, a spirit of prayer, zeal for salvation, obedience and steadfastness in monastic life, and called on the brethren to pray for him.
