"Pantanassa" Icon of the Mother of God male skete

The skete in honour of the "Pantanassa" Icon of the Mother of God stands in Odesa, on Vasyl Stus Street, and is a canonical division of St. Elijah's Monastery in the same city1.
The opening of the skete was blessed by the Holy Synod of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church at its session of 26 January 2012, having heard the report of the Metropolitan of Odesa and Izmail2.
St. Elijah's Monastery itself, of which the skete forms part, stands in Odesa on Pushkinska Street; among its holy things the Odesa eparchy names the Shroud of the Lord Jesus Christ and the relics of Saint Gabriel of Athos3.
The skete belongs to the Odesa eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church1. On 31 August 2023 the eparchy reported the skete's patronal feast4.
