The call reaches the site's editorial office (the Synodal Commission of the UOC for Monastery Affairs), not the monastery whose page you are reading. A monastery's own contacts are on its card in the directory, and can also be obtained from the relevant diocesan administration.
Answering phone calls in the chancellery of the Synod Commission for Monasteries of UOC are carried out (Kyiv time):
- 9:00 a.m. - 11:40 a.m; 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 11:40 a.m.
- CLOSED on Sundays, the Twelve Great Feasts, the Lavra Feast Day, the First Week of Lent, Holy Week and Bright Week
